Required Documents for Russian Tourist Visa

Required Documents for Russian Tourist Visa

  • Passport:  A passport with at least 2 blank pages must be submitted to issue a visa which is valid for 6 months from the end of the travel.
  • Visa Application Form: It must be completed online and signed by the applicant. The form should be printed out and included in the application file.
  • Biometric Photo: must be 35x45 mm size, coloured and up to date
  • Tourist Acceptance Certificate (Hotel Voucher Document): The tourist acceptance certificate, also known as the Hotel Voucher, is a signed and stamped document with details of the operator registration, which is issued by the Russian company operating as a tour operator. If person do not submit this document, application is not accepted.
  • Original TR residence permit for foreign people
  • Personal Information or Eagvs Russian visa request form: For visa applications in Russia, do not forget to declare the answers to the questions of travel city, travel dates, home address, mobile phone, occupation, business name, business address. About the Russian Voucher Certificate

Residence Permit Certificate:Foreigners with a TR residence permit for 90 days must submit original residence permit. This situation is valid for following countries nations; Albania, Bahrain, Venezuela, Haiti, Egypt, Ireland, Lesotho, Libya, Macedonia, Mali, Mexico, New Zealand, United Arab Emirates, Oman, Republic of Korea, Saudi Arabia, Great Britain and North United Kingdom of Ireland, Sierra Leone, Equatorial Guinea, Republic of South Africa, Japan.

In addition to this,with permanent residence in Turkey, Algeria, Angola, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Georgia, India, Iraq, Iran, China, North Korea, Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan, Rwanda, Syria, Somalia, Chad, Sri Lanka, Ethiopia citizens must include the original residence permit in the application file.

Student Certificate / Work Permit: The student or work permit must be attached to the file in order to prove that he / she has a TR residence permit for 90 days.

Russian Tourist Visa Application Steps

  • Fill out the Russian Visa Application Form

The first stage of the Russian tourist visa application process is fill out the application form.The Russian visa application form should complete online. The application form can be filled in Russian, English, Italian, German and French.   • Send your paperwork to our office by cargo

The things watch out in Russian Passport Control

The validation of your Russian tourist visa does not guarantee entry into the country. The Russian border police decide to visitors’ entrance to Russia or not. The person traveling to Russia must have their papers with them during the passage through the Russian border gate. Those documents are invitations, contracts, tourist acceptance documents, photocopies of vouchers, round-trip tickets, telephone and addresses of the inviting organizations or institutions.

  • According to the implementation between Turkey and Russia, Citizens of Turkey have to obtain Russian visa for going to Russia.  Therefore, people who are service (grey), private (green) and public (claret red), passport holders, are required to apply for a Russian Visa to go to Russia.
