• Passport:  A passport with at least 2 blank pages must be submitted to issue a visa which is valid for 6 months from the end of the travel.

About the Russian Voucher Certificate

It is not possible to enter Russia for touristic purposes without Russian Voucher certificate.

The Russian visa voucher is a document required for tourist visa applications. The Voucher certificate is obtained from Russian-based Russian tour operators authorized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Russian Federal State approved by the Russian Foreign Ministry. The Voucher certificate is not an online hotel reservation document.

Residence Permit Certificate:Foreigners with a TR residence permit for 90 days must submit original residence permit. This situation is valid for following countries nations; Albania, Bahrain, Venezuela, Haiti, Egypt, Ireland, Lesotho, Libya, Macedonia, Mali, Mexico, New Zealand, United Arab Emirates, Oman, Republic of Korea, Saudi Arabia, Great Britain and North United Kingdom of Ireland, Sierra Leone, Equatorial Guinea, Republic of South Africa, Japan.

In addition to this,with permanent residence in Turkey, Algeria, Angola, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Georgia, India, Iraq, Iran, China, North Korea, Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan, Rwanda, Syria, Somalia, Chad, Sri Lanka, Ethiopia citizens must include the original residence permit in the application file.

Student Certificate / Work Permit: The student or work permit must be attached to the file in order to prove that he / she has a TR residence permit for 90 days.

Russian Tourist Visa Application Steps

• Fill out the Russian Visa Application Form

The first stage of the Russian tourist visa application process is fill out the application form.The Russian visa application form should complete online. The application form can be filled in Russian, English, Italian, German and French. If the application is suspended for 20 minutes or more, the system will automatically shut down, so remember to save the initial application number. If the system shuts down before completing the form, you can login with your application number, otherwise all operations will have to be restarted.

• Send your paperwork to our office by cargo

The next step after completing the application form is that prepare the necessary documents for the Russian tourist visa. After receiving information from our officers about the list of required documents for the Russian Tourist Visa, you can prepare your documents and send them to our office by cargo. Our officer will make your application without having to come personally. In the meantime, the Russian Embassy and Russian Consulate General may request additional documents during the evaluation process if the visa authorities deem it necessary and may call the applicant for a face-to-face meeting.

If you wish to obtain a Russian visa in less time, you can also apply for a Russian Express Visa, but you need to pay an additional fee. Express visa applications are finalized within 48 hours (2 days).

The validation of your Russian tourist visa does not guarantee entry into the country. The Russian border police decide to visitors’ entrance to Russia or not. The person traveling to Russia must have their papers with them during the passage through the Russian border gate. • According to the implementation between Turkey and Russia, Citizens of Turkey have to obtain Russian visa for going to Russia.  Therefore, people who are service (grey), private (green) and public (claret red), passport holders, are required to apply for a Russian Visa to go to Russia.
