The documents you need to apply for a Greek driver's visa are listed down below. It is very important that the relevant documents are complete and update (less than 3 months) prior to your application. Both originals and copies of documents must be submitted at the same time.
Schengen Visa Application Form (Turkish - Greek / English)
Passport (with at least two blank pages, valid for at least 90 days from the end of the travel)
Photocopies of processed pages of your passport
Photocopy of Identity Card
Biometric Photography (2 Pieces)
Original of the insurance policy covering travel time in Schengen countries with a minimum guarantee of 30,000 EUR.
Documents related to Bus or Truck to be Traveled (License, Insurance, Vehicle Contract, etc.)
National and international driver's license
Criminal Record (In case of criminal record, Court Decision)
For Truck Drivers:
C2 Certificate
List of Company Drivers
Company Letter of Guarantee and the letter of guarantee given by UND (International Transporters Association), if any
Invitation letter or business partnership certificate from a company in the EU
For Bus Drivers:
B1 / B2 Authorization Certificate
Passenger’s Name List
Tour Program
Hotel Reservation (The date of the reservation must match the visa request date and the name of the applicant must appear on the reservation.)
For Employees:
Last 3 months payroll, declaration of employment, 4A Service statement (E-Government barcoded or stamped and stamped by SGK)
If you have just started work, the payroll from the previous workplace.
Registration of Chamber of Commerce, Tax Plate, Signature Circular, Activity Certificate, Trade Registry of the workplace. (Must be taken in the last 6 months)
If the expenses are to be covered by the company, the petition and stamp of the company and the wet signed statement of bank account.
